A Lawton woman says she paid a man thousands of dollars to remodel her home, but now he has disappeared, leaving the job left unfinished.
Her troubles started two months ago when she says she gave Robert Spencer, an Oklahoma City Contractor, $3,500 to buy tile and other materials for her home.
She says he did part of the work, but never returned and also failed to deliver all the materials she paid for.

Royal Oak police are warning about a fake donation scam taking place.
Police said a man is calling doctors' offices and claiming he is a city police sergenat collecting money for an anti-drug campaign.
According to the victims, a woman stops by the offices and collects the donations.

Men masquerading as Gardai swindled an 82-year-old Foulksmills man out of his savings, claiming his pension had been paid in counterfeit notes.
Tom Reville (82) from Loughnageer, Foulksmills lost a 'substantial' amount of money after being tricked into allowing two men into his home last Thursday.
The retired farmer was on his way to visit his niece Pauline Keating, who lives nearby, when two men stopped him in the laneway beside his home.
